STUDI SANITASI PENGOLAHAN MAKANAN DAN ANGKA BAKTERI Escherchia coli PADA GADO-GADO DAN TAHU TEK  DI PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA TERMINAL KUPANG

ABSTRACT
The study aims to collect describing about sanitation manufacture of food and contents Escherchia coli on gado-gado and tahu tek it merchant kaki Lima in Kupang Station.  The kind of this research is descriptive with the observasi method and doing the test laboratory.  This research collect 6 sample. The result of this research to indicated that the level achievement to effort sanitation manufacture of food on 3 merchant Gado-gado and Tahu Tek of  the best namely 78%, for the variable place manufacture of food merchant  the group of the best namely 75%, for the variable a way may may facture of food achievment the group of the best namely 80%, and the variable furniture manufacture of food merchant enough namely 69.5%. result control the content  Escherchia coli haigly  had on 2 merchant which cell Gado-gado namely  2.2 and 2.
